A MAN is due to appear in court today charged with an alleged bomb hoax following an incident on board a plane flying from Abu Dhabi to the UK.
James Glen, 37, from High Street, Chard, Somerset, is scheduled to appear at Harlow Magistrates Court.
He was arrested yesterday following an incident on board an Etihad Airways plane travelling from Abu Dhabi to Heathrow. The plane was diverted to Stansted Airport where it landed just before noon.
