The search is on to find the owner of a teddy bear which was located by staff at the Suffolk Owl Sanctuary.

He was left at the centre for birds of prey, in Stonham Aspal, around two weeks ago.

A spokeswoman from the sanctuary said: “He is obviously a very loved bear and some small person must be bereft without him. We have tried to cheer him up at the sanctuary, but, despite being very stoic, he is really missing his family.

“We would love to be able to re-unite this cheery character with his owner.”
