DETECTIVES have charged a man with rape and other offences, a spokeswoman for Suffolk Constabulary said today.
Trevor Robertson, 53, of Scotts Yard, Combs, near Stowmarket, is due to appear before Bury St Edmunds magistrates this morning charged with two counts of rape, false imprisonment and threats to kill.
The allegations relate an incident, which happened at an address in the Stowmarket area between last Friday night and early Saturday.
