A SCHOOL has been recognised for its teaching of religious education (RE)after being awarded a Quality Mark.
Cedars Park Primary School, in Stowmarket has received the accolade after being assessed in July.
The inspector spoke to a range of pupils of all ages across the school and was impressed by the questions the children were able to ask and debate.
Headteacher Clare Robinson said: “Working through RE allows the children to ask big questions about the world, other cultures and beliefs.”
She added: “The children’s questions steer the curriculum and this has a powerful impact on their learning. We are all very proud of this award.”
