A POLICE team are focusing their efforts tackling anti-social behaviour in a town.
Stowmarket police has change their priority for the town to Fairfield Hill after concerns about the level of anti-social behaviour.
In a town council meeting councillors heard how there had been an increase in the amount of calls about the area. A police spokesman said: “Anti-social behaviour in Fairfield Hill is a priority for the local Safer Neighbourhood Team and officers have increased both high visibility and covert patrols in the area during the day and evening. We are currently in the process of gathering information to help identify those responsible.” A police report said levels of crime had fallen year-on-year.
