FIREFIGHTERS were alerted to reports of a factory fire in Stowmarket today.
The brigade were called at about 3.15pm to the Bosch Lawn and Garden Ltd factory.
A crew from Stowmarket and another from Needham Market were sent to the scene.
They discovered no immediate sign of fire, according to a spokesman for the brigade.
Further investigations revealed a small fire in a piece of machinery.
It was extinguished before the firefighters got to the scene.
The incident was under control by 4.30pm.
