An 89-year-old man died last night after he was involved in a colliosion with a car in a supermarket car park.
The accident happened at Asda in Stowmarket shortly after 2pm.
The man, who is believed to be from the Stowmarket area, was taken to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds, where he later died.
Last night, police appealed for witnesses to the accident which happened while the man was walking between the main entrance of the store and Iliffe Way.
