EMERGENCY crews have attended the scene of a lorry and tractor crash in Stowmarket.
The accident happened at just before 11am in Newton Road and fire crews from Needham Market and Elmswell, a rescue tender from Stowmarket and a rescue vehicle from Princes Street station in Ipswich were sent to the scene.
The situation was under control by 11.15am and firefighters stayed at the scene to help police and ambulance crews.
The Stowmarket rescue tender was stood down while on its way but on their return to base, the crew came across another accident.
The incident, in Gipping Way, was a two-car crash and firefighters helped give patients first aid at the scene and assisted ambulance and police colleagues.
