TIME is running out for people to have their say on the future of schools in an area of Suffolk.
The consultation over the future of the schooling system in the Stowmarket and Stowupland areas is due to finish soon.
More than 700 people have attended meetings at each of the schools, with Suffolk County Council receiving more than 220 responses so far.
The proposed changes would involve youngsters remaining at their local primary schools until the age of 11 before they transfer to a secondary school.
The middle schools would close in their current form, but their buildings could continue to be used as part of the schools’ shake-up.

All comments must be received by November 9.
