An opportunistic thief drove away in a couple’s motorhome as they loaded it to go on holiday.
Halesworth Police Tweeted about the shocking incident, which took place in Stratford St Andrew, near Saxmundham, at 9.47pm on Friday, August 31.
Officers Tweeted: “Motorhome stolen Stratford St Andrew couple loading the vehicle for annual holiday when it was driven away by the thief at 21.47pm.”
They have asked people to look out for the Chausson Best of 22 vehicle, with the registration WX14 EUW.
Anyone with information should call Suffolk police on 101, quoting CAD 93 on September 1.
