POLICE today confirmed that they were not treating the death of a man in a Diss car park as suspicious.

Detectives sealed off Market Hill following the death of the man, believed to be in his late 40s, who was found in the car park behind the town council offices at about 5.50pm on Sunday.

Officers from Norfolk Police today confirmed that there was no foul play involved and a file was being prepared for the coroner.

The man, who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene.
