A PUBLIC meeting has been called in Sudbury as the town pushes for a western bypass.
The scheme is one of several road schemes bidding for Government funds.
The meeting, organised by the Sudbury Society, will be at the town hall, on Thursday, January 22, at 7.30pm.
It will be chaired by the society's president, Lord Phillips. Councillor Guy McGregor, Suffolk County Council's portfolio-holder for roads and transport, and Peter Grimm, strategy policy manager for transport, will give a presentation on the current position and future plans.
