The Environment Agency has put two flood alerts in place for Suffolk and Essex.
Flood alerts were issued last night for the Suffolk and Essex Coast from Felixstowe to Clacton including the Orwell and Stour estuaries, while another was put in place for the tidal Deben estuary.
Forecast high water at Harwich is due at 10.51am today, February 28, and the forecast surge height is 0.46m.
