THE jury in the case of a Suffolk man accused of murdering a hairdresser was discharged today.
Rodney Greenland, 47, of Manchester Road, Ipswich, denies murdering Simon Amers some time between July 27 and 30 last year at Mr Amers' flat in Widgeon Close, Ipswich.
Today, Judge John Devaux told the jury they were being discharged due to a number of difficulties with the case. The case is due to return to the court in April.
