A MAN had to be rescued from a boat off the Suffolk coast by helicopter after he suffered a heart attack.
Thames Coastguard received a call from the co-ordinator of the Gabbard Offshore wind farm reporting that a male on board the vessel ‘Offshore West Hinder’ was complaining of chest pains.
The RAF Rescue Helicopter was sent to the scene from Wattisham. The crew took the man to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, where he was diagnosed as suffering a heart attack.
