A woman has been left with hip and abdominal injuries after her BMW collided with a tree in a rural Suffolk road.
Police were called to the single vehicle crash in Whatfield Road, Aldham Tye, around 8.10am today.
The car is said to have left the road and hit the tree on a sharp bend.
An ambulance was called to the scene to assist the woman with her injuries, although the extent of her injuries has not yet been revealed.
The road has since reopened after being briefly closed, with recovery of the BMW set to be completed soon.
