Casualties have been reported after two cars crashed at a Suffolk town centre crossroads.
Suffolk police received reports of a collision near the junction of Warrington Street and Cardigan Street in Newmarket at around 11.05am.
“We were called by the ambulance service to report of a two vehicle collision at the cross roads,” a police spokesman said.
The roads were closed for a short while, but are since reported to have reopened.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust has been called treat the casualties, whose injuries have not been reported.
