Renewed appeals to trace vulnerable missing Suffolk man as officers widen search to Norfolk

Police have issued renewed appeals to trace a vulnerable young Suffolk man who may be carrying an old rug with him.

Brandon man Jimmy Williamson was last seen by his mother on Wednesday March 14, when he was boarding a bus travelling towards Thetford.

A Suffolk police spokesman said today that it was no believed Mr Williamson could be in the King’s Lynn area.

Officers are continuing their work to trace Mr Williamson.,

He is described as vulnerable, 5ft 10ins tall, and is of thin build with curly dark hair.

He was last seen wearing an old black leather jacked and old jeans. Police said he may also be carrying an old rug.

Anyone who has seen Mr Williamson or a person matching his description is asked to contact Suffolk police on 101.
