Suffolk: Three hurt in early-morning accident

THREE people were taken to hospital after an accident on the B1118 near the Suffolk/Norfolk border in the early hours of Sunday after a car flipped and ended up on its roof.

Four ambulances were sent to the scene just after 1.30am, and assessed three people.The car had left the road, and collided with a tree but no-one was trapped.

One patient suffered a head injury, the second was assesed for an arm injury, and the third was walking wounded. All three patients were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
