A JOINT operation involving police, fire and chemical specialists ended at lunch time today when a suspect package at a Suffolk company turned out to be a hoax.
Officers were at the scene of the Barrett Homes' Bakers Mill site in Great Cornard for more than three hours before safety checks were carried out on the package, which is believed to have arrived through the post at the housing company's showroom.
