A TEACHER has been charged with a number of offences relating to indecent images of children. Michael Higgins, 55, of The Street, Wattisfield, near Diss, is due to appear before magistrates in Ipswich this morning to face the charges.
A TEACHER has been charged with a number of offences relating to indecent images of children.
Michael Higgins, 55, of The Street, Wattisfield, near Diss, is due to appear before magistrates in Ipswich this morning to face the charges.
Police yesterday charged Higgins with eight offences of making indecent images of children under the age of 16.
He was also charged with eight offences of creating pseudo-images of children under the age of 16, one offence of distributing of a pseudo-image of a child under the age of 16 and one offence of theft.
Higgins was remanded in custody to appear at South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court at 10am this morning.
Higgins was arrested in early February and bailed until yesterday, when Suffolk police charged him with the offences.
