TECHNICAL problems closed have the Port of Felixstowe and Operation Stack has been put in place.
FELIXSTOWE Port has opened again after technical problems forced police to bring in Operation Stack this evening.
Drivers were forced to queue along the old A45 at Levington after the difficulties began around 5.20pm.
But the issues were resolved and the port re-opened around 8.40pm
