A TEENAGER has been charged following a fatal crash on the B1375 at Oulton.
Kelly Palmer, 30, from Bradwell near Great Yarmouth, died after the Suzuki Vitara 4x4 convertible she was driving was in collision with a Citroen car at Parkhill around 5.40pm on Monday, November 2 last year.
Casey Mola, 19, of Market Lane, Blundeston has today been charged with causing death by careless driving, causing the death of Kelly Palmer by driving a motor vehicle whilst uninsured and possession of cannabis.
He is due to appear at Lowestoft Magistrates Court on Tuesday 11 May.
