A BABY-FACED teenager has been issued with an interim ASBO after being linked with “mindless acts of vandalism and various acts of anti-social behaviour”.
Ryan Georgiou, 16, of Alvis Avenue, Jaywick, has, according to police, “exhibited on a constant and regular basis little regard or respect for his neighbours”.
An interim ASBO was granted yesterday at Harwich Magistrates Court to last until October 28 when a full hearing will be held.
The prohibitions for Georgiou are that, within the boundaries of Tendring District Council, he must not:
- threaten, abuse or intimidate anyone, including the use of any insulting or abusive words or gestures, or incite or encourage anyone else to do so
- interfere with, damage or attempt to damage any property without the express consent of the owners
- be in possession of a BB gun or air rifle, either in a public or private place
- be in a group of three or more persons in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
