A TEENAGE boy killed man on a street in an argument about drugs, a court heard today.
The 16-year-old youth, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is accused of fatally stabbing Alan Reilly in Bocking, near Braintree, in April last year.
It is alleged that Mr Reilly, 25, who had a drug habit and used crack cocaine, had headbutted the youth earlier after becoming angry when he was not offered the drug he wanted.
The court heard that the teenager, who had travelled to Essex from his east London home to deal drugs, returned later and attacked Mr Reilly with an 8in kitchen knife
Mr Reilly was allegedly stabbed nine times with the knife in the chest and the back in Coldnailhurst Avenue on April 22.
