SUPERMARKET giant Tesco is due to appear in court today charged with a series of environmental health failures at its Martlesham store.
SUPERMARKET giant Tesco is due to appear in court today charged with a series of environmental health failures at its Martlesham store.
Suffolk Coastal District Council has brought a total of nine charges against the retailer including failing to ensure that
adequate procedures were in place to control mice.
Pleas to the charges have yet to be entered and representatives of Tesco are due at South East Suffolk Magistrates' Court today for a pre-trial review.
