Runners from Suffolk and Essex will be pounding the streets of the capital on April 26 when the city hosts the annual London Marathon.
The event attracts thousands of participants from elite runners, to regular club runners and even novices.
In the build up to the big day, we will be telling the stories of those runners from Suffolk and north Essex who will be taking part - those who are aiming for a personal best, those who are running for the first time and those hoping to raise thousands for a charity close to their heart
But for every runner gathered at the start line, there will be a host if supporters travelling to London to cheer them on.
And here we have the route map so you can pick the best spots to stand to catch a glimpse of the runners.
