POLICE have uncovered a large cannabis factory at an address in Thetford after executing a drugs search warrant.
Officers entered the property on Old Market Street at about 7.30pm on Thursday and seized 66 plants along with a large amount of cultivation equipment.
Inspector Adam Hayes said: “This is a substantial seizure and has severely disrupted the criminal fraternity involved in the supply of drugs. This has kept drugs off the streets in Thetford.”
An investigation has been launched into the factory.
