A HUSBAND and wife are among three people charged with producing a Class B drug following the discovery of a cannabis factory in Rickinghall.
Richard Jackson, 44 and of Mill Road, Occold, Melanie Jackson, 43, also of Mill Road in Occold, and Gary Jackson, 47 and of West Belvedere, Danbury, Chelmsford, are due to appeared before Bury Magistrates on 12th October.
Richard Jackson has also been charged with abstracting electricity.
Police found the cannabis at a farm building in New Delight Road, on March 5.
