IT IS a case of three new clubs in and one out for next season, members heard at the Ridgeons League annual meeting at Diss on Saturday.League champions Soham Town have moved up to the Southern League Midland Division, with Wivenhoe Town taking their place in the Premier Division after being relegated from Ryman League Division One North.

League champions Soham Town have moved up to the Southern League Midland Division, with Wivenhoe Town taking their place in the Premier Division after being relegated from Ryman League Division One North.

Former members Brantham Athletic return, to Division One, after lifting the Metaltec Suffolk and Ipswich League title, and finally Maldon Reserves join the Southern Division of Ridgeons Reserve League. Knock-out Cup winners Needham Market will start the defence of their title at home to Stowmarket, while Ely City, the First Division winners, meet Halstead, whom they beat in a penalty shoot-out last term.
