Three people reported for hare coursing offences in Great Barton

Great Barton: Three people have been reported for hare coursing offences.

Police were called by a member of public yesterday at around 11.50am who reported a suspicious vehicle in the Livermere Road area and that people and dogs could be seen taking part in what appeared to be hare coursing activity.

Officers attended and quickly located and stopped a vehicle.

The three males inside – aged 23, 20 and 17 – were spoken to by police and all three have been reported for summons for trespassing in pursuit of game.

The 23-year-old was also reported for driving a vehicle with no MOT.
