CONSERVATIVE immigration spokesman Damian Green will not face charges over alleged leaks from the Home Office, the Crown Prosecution Service revealed this morning.
The news comes after a five-month investigation which resulted in Mr Green's arrest in November and raids on his home and parliamentary office amid much controversy.
Christopher Galley, the Home Office civil servant accused of leaking Government documents to Mr Green, will also not face charges.
