The hold-ups come after a freight train derailed near Marks Tey at 2pm yesterday.
Trains travelling between Ipswich and Liverpool Street were halted this morning but are now reported to be travelling on time.
However, passengers expecting to board the 8.30am train from Norwich to Liverpool Street will be disappointed to discover it has been cancelled.
