FORECASTERS are predicting heavy rain to fall today to add to the surface water already on the roads.
Motorists travelling to work will have to stay alert with blustery winds also causing hazardous driving conditions.
The rain is expected to clear to the east with a few showers following.
The afternoon should be dry with sunny spells but staying windy. Maximum temperature 10C (50F).
Suffolk police has reported no major incidents and train service provider Greater Anglia is reporting a good service.
