Travel: No major delays on Suffolk’s roads or rail lines

MOTORISTS and rail passengers can expect a stress free journey during this morning’s rush hour.

However, drivers are advised that the Cornhill in Bury St Edmunds is closed from the Butter Market junction because of the blaze at the Strada fire.

Meanwhile train operator Greater Anglia is reporting a good service, following on from minor issues caused by signalling delays earlier this morning.

Meanwhile, a forecaster for WeatherQuest said conditions today would be cloudy and wet, with heavy rain during the earlier part of the day.

Top temperatures will reach 17C.
