A BROKEN down train earlier this morning is causing some delays to rail services between Norwich and London Liverpool Street, with some trains running up to 30 minutes behind schedule.
Motorists can expect a relatively stress free journey to work this morning, with no major delays being reported on roads in Suffolk.
