PASSENGERS on the London Liverpool Street to Clacton-on-Sea line are facing disruption this morning.
All lines have now reopened following earlier signalling problems but delays or cancellations are expected until 10am.
A statement on the Greater Anglia website said: “Network Rail engineers are working as fast as possible to fix the problem which involved a set of points outside Clacton-on-Sea station.
“Although not in order, trains are now able to run to and from the station.” On the roads, one lane of the A14 eastbound carriageway at Sproughton is closed because of a broken down lorry.
