RAIL passengers are facing minor delays this morning due to a problem at Chelmsford.
Greater Anglia has reported “minor disruption” due to safety checks being made between Ingatestone and Chelmsford.
Services running through these stations may be delayed by up to 15 minutes at short notice.
There are no reported accidents or delays on Suffolk’s roads.
