A group of travellers have pitched up at Carlton Meres country park near Saxmundham.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said they had received a call at around 7.15am on Saturday, August 4, reporting that around seven to eight families had arrived at the park.
“There have been reports of a few disturbances on the camp site over the weekend,” he said.
“We have gone up there to deal with a few issues.”
A spokesman for the holiday park confirmed the group were expected to leave the site by 9am today.
