A section of the A12 was blocked this morning after a two-car collision near Colchester.
The southbound carriageway was partially blocked between J27 for the Remembrance Avenue roundabout and J28 for the Weston Homes Community Stadium.
Delays were still being reported at 8am today, with queues extending back to J29 at Ardleigh.
