EMERGENCY services were called to an accident in Ipswich today.
The crash happened at the junction of Nacton Road and Hatfield Road at just after 9am today when a red Ford and silver Ford collided.
Two women were hurt in the accident, but their injuries were not thought to be serious.
The road was blocked as a result of the crash but traffic was moving freely again by 9.30pm.
Firefighters were also called to the smash because there were reports that smoke was coming from one of the cars.
