TWO people were taken to hospital tonight following a crash between two cars.
The accident happened in Anglesea Road, Ipswich, at the junction of Warrington Road, shortly before 5pm.
Three fire engines from the town were sent to the scene and crews used heavily cutting gear to release two casualties, who were both trapped.
The injured people were taken to Ipswich Hospital by ambulance. Their condition is unknown.
