Two pedestrians suffered injuries after a collision with a car in Bury St Edmunds and police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
The accident happened on Hospital Road at the junction with Cornwallis Court on Friday, December 15, around 7pm.
A man and a woman were walking along Hospital Road and as they started to cross at the junction, a grey Vauxhall Astra – being driven from Cornwallis Court – collided with both pedestrians.
The woman, aged in her 60s, suffered a fractured pelvis and the man sustained pain to the arm and neck.
Anyone who witnessed the collision should contact the Serious Collision Investigation Team at Bury St Edmunds on 101, quoting CAD number 345 of Friday, December 15.
