A woman has been taken to hospital after she was involved in a crash where both cars came off the road.
Officers received reports at 8.30am of a two-vehicle collision on the A144 at Spexhall on the Bungay to Halesworth road.
A police spokeswoman said a VW Golf had ended up in a ditch and a Vauxhall Insignia was in a field.
The driver of the Golf, a woman believed to be in her 20s, was taken to hospital by ambulance.
She is not believed to be seriously injured but was shaken by the crash, the spokeswoman added.
Both vehicles were recovered and the road clear by 10.15am.
