The death of a woman, believed to be in her 90s, who was discovered outside a property in Leavenheath is not being treated as suspicious.
Police were called to Cock Street at about 10.50am on Wednesday following reports that a body of a woman had been found.
Inquiries into the death have taken place over the last 24 hours, and the results of a post mortem coupled with the inquiries has led police to believe the death was not suspicious.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk police said next of kin have been informed. and an inquest will take place in due course.
