More than 40 tractors took place in the 15th annual ploughing match in west Suffolk at the weekend, which was organised by the East Anglian branch of the Ferguson Club.
The match was held on the Ampton Hall estate, near Bury St Edmunds, by kind permission of the Turner family, on Sunday, October 8.
In total, 45 vintage and classic tractors took part in the event, and each driver received a plaque, which was sponsored by Silver Fox Tractor Spares.
Judges were on hand to assess the quality and standard of the plots, and the winners of the various classes were presented with a cup or trophy for their ploughing success.
After previous wet weather, the sun shone on the weekend event, which was organised by local members of the Ferguson Club, Henry Castle and Don Sapsford. A donation was sent to the Papworth Hospital Charity following the annual match.
