From a tribute music festival to a muddy obstacle course – there are plenty of events for people to enjoy across Suffolk and north Essex this weekend.

The popular two-day festival returns to Bury St Edmunds’ Abbey Gardens for a third year with a host of tribute acts, including Ed Sheeran, UB40, Madness, Bruno Mars, Stereophonics, Queen, U2 and Little Mix.
The family festival also features a dedicated ‘Kids Zone’, a delicious street food market with a variety of treats to enjoy, as well as a pub in the park for those after some refreshment.

The festival which celebrates all things dragon returns West Stow for a fourth year with fun for all the family.
Epico the dragon is back by popular demand and the fantastically friendly dragon will be appearing on both days of the festival.
There is also fire breathing displays, the Beowulf and Grendel Puppet Theatre, with gruesome tales for all ages, and the Wulfingas re-enactment group will tell exciting tales from the Arthurian legend.
Other activities inlcude giant bubbles, dragon nest building, face painting, Archery, and children’s craft workshops

The festival is celebrating its golden anniversary and flowers reflecting the 50 years will be displayed in the church along with the usual traditional stalls throughout the village.
A nostalgia corner including old archived newspaper articles will be in the village hall, and there will also be 40-strong rock choir performing on Sunday at 1pm.
