Suffolk Police will be escorting the load from Clopton Commercial Park to Bacton Gas Terminal.
The load, which is 4.9m wide, 5m high, 16.5m long and which weighs 44,000kgs, will be moved from AGS Coatings from 9.30am.
It will travel on the B1078, Woodbridge Road, A12, A14, A11, A47, A1064, B1152, A149, Stepping Stone Lane, B1159, and local roads leading to the Bacton Gas Terminal.
Motorists are warned to expect delays along this route.
