There is a chance of sleet and snow forecasted in Scotland on Thursday however it seems East Anglia has escaped it for another week.

Here is what you can expect instead:

You will be pleased to hear that tomorrow will be a dry and bright day around the county with temperatures around 12C (53.6F).

Another dry and mild day is forecast for Wednesday with temperatures rising to 14C (57.2F).

However, things take a turn on Wednesday with wet weather and increasingly strong winds make its way eastward.

This means you can expect a rough start on Thursday with strong winds and possible rain, with temperatures of 13C (55.4F).

Aiden McGivern, from the Met Office, said: “Mild air is being pushed out of the way of the south and will brighten the skies up for many places but there will be frequent showers.”

However, the weather is set to be brighter and sunnier for the weekend.
