MOTORISTS are being warned to expect severe delays on the A12 in Essex due to emergency repairs.
There is queueing traffic, one lane closed and severe delays on the A12 northbounr at Witham between junction 21 for Witham South and junction 22 for Witham North.
A diversion is in operation via the B1389 through Witham town centre.
Travel time is up to 90 minutes.
